I'm glad I got that out of the way. I can't wait to share my obsession with you. I am a professional chef and am always trying new recipes and tweaking them to fit my needs and taste. I have a HUGE cookbook collection of over 300 books, tons of collected clippings from the web, magazines, and friends and family, as well as boards and boards of recipes on Pinterest. I admit, it's a bit of a problem. But I love it!
